Exhibitor Set-Up Details
Assignment of SpaceBooth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the date contracts and as payments are received by NAPT. Exhibit Space Applications/Contracts will not be processed unless and until full payment is received by NAPT. Exhibitor information from the decorator will not be available until this is completed.
Confirmation letters will be emailed to the contact listed on the contract indicating your space assignment after receipt of the appropriate forms and payment. Freeman Decorators will be notified when your booth assignment is complete and at that time you may go here and place your orders for decorator needs. Printed exhibitor kits will not be sent. Contracts must be received and paid for prior to October 6, 2017 if they are to be included in the Trade Show Guide. Anything received after that date will not be guaranteed to be included in the printed guide.
Trade Show DecoratorFreeman Show Services is the official decorator for the 2017 NAPT Trade Show. Download the Decorator Kit now. Printed copies will not be sent. Requests for additional furniture, booth carpeting, electrical service, audiovisual equipment, special signs, decorations and any other special needs should be made in advance directly with Freeman. The cost of services and any special orders placed with the decorator is not part of the NAPT booth fee. Click here to get the exhibitor information needed.
