Assignment of Space

Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit space will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Confirmations will be emailed to the contact listed on the contract indicating your space assignment.

Confirmations will be emailed to the contact listed on the contract indicating your space assignment after receipt of the appropriate forms and payment. Our show decorator, Freeman, will be notified when your booth assignment is complete and at that time you may go here and place your orders for decorator needs. Printed exhibitor kits will not be sent. Contracts must be received and paid for prior to September 25, 2020 if they are to be included in the Official NAPT® Program Guide. Anything received after that date will not be guaranteed inclusion in the printed guide.

Vendor Badge Requests

Vendors receive a specific number of badges based on booth size. Please submit all badge requests via the Exhibitor Portal by October 23, 2020. Please note, additional badges may be requested at $50 per badge before October 23, 2020. Request for badges after this date, including on-site, will be $60 per badge. 

Trade Show Decorator

Freeman is the official decorator for the 2020 NAPT® Trade Show. Click here to access the Exhibitor Kit and online ordering. Printed copies will not be sent. Requests for additional furniture, booth carpeting, electrical service, audiovisual equipment, special signs, decorations and any other special needs should be made in advance directly with Freeman. The cost of services and any special orders placed with the decorator is not part of the NAPT® booth fee. Click here for additional exhibitor information (FAQs). 

Exhibitors with Vehicles

To prevent damages in the Exhibit Hall, exhibitors or agents with mobile or motorized equipment will require guidance by Freeman to their respective booths. Exhibitors may drive their motorized equipment in or out of the exhibit areas or have Freeman supply an operator, when available, at an additional cost. A $225 per unit/round trip spotting fee is required.
