The NAPT® Conference & Trade Show is the place for student transportation’s leading professionals. Over the course of four days we offer dozens of dynamic and interactive sessions on the topics impacting our industry most, plus fun and entertaining evening events, capped off with the biggest and best One-Day Trade Show at the DeVos Place Convention Center.

Bus and island space will not be draped. (If you require draping for bus or island space, please contact the NAPT® Trade Show Manager, Bill Loshbough.) AISLES WILL NOT BE CARPETED. Exhibitors may order carpet for their booths.

Exhibitors with Vehicles

To prevent damages in the Exhibit Hall, exhibitors or agents with mobile or motorized equipment will require guidance by Freeman to their respective booths. Exhibitors may drive their motorized equipment in or out of the exhibit areas or have Freeman supply an operator, when available, at an additional cost. A $225 per unit/round trip spotting fee is required.
